When I came back from Iraq in 2010, my gift from me to me was a cruise to the Carribean. I had never been on a cruise, and I was so happy I was alive; I treated myself. I paid for a balcony suite and went to as many amenities and outings as I could. However, I went alone.
The vacation was on the second to last week in September the week of my birthday, and none in my family could take time off to celebrate with me, but I did not let that deter me from my fun. I went alone and had fun swimming with dolphins in Honduras, scuba diving in Beliz, and went swimming with stingrays in the Cayman Islands.
So, I say to you all, if you want to have fun. Go out and have fun. Do not wait for others to start the fun. Life is awesome. There are so many amazing things out on this planet. Do not wait.
